Walnut-Streusel Topping

1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup dark brown sugar - (packed)
½ cup walnuts toasted
½ cup unsalted butter - (1 stick) chilled, and cut into ½" pieces
¼ teaspoon salt


Using on/off turns, blend all ingredients in processor until coarse crumbs form. This recipe yields about 2 1/2 cups.
