- 2 lb bone-in pork chuck steak
- 1/4 c McCormick Grill Mates Mesquite seasoning
- 1/4 c Seasoning salt

Step 1
1. Take meat out of refrigerator 10-20 min before preparing the seasonings.
2. Season meat with seasoning salt and mesquite seasoning on both sides and rub.
3. Place meat in broiler for 10-15 min depending on preference.
4. Flip meat over and broil 10-15 min more depending on preference.
5. Take out of broiler and place on platter. Cover meat with foil and let rest for
5-10 min before serving. Foil time is crucial or meat can get dry.
