  • 2 cans (18.6oz) Progresso Chicken Pot Pie soup
  • 1 1/2 c (12oz) frozen mixed vegetables
  • 3 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
  • 8 Pillsbury Grands frozen buttermilk biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375
In saucepan mix soup. veg and chicken. Heat to boiling and boil for 2 minutes stirring frequesntly.
Meanwhile microwave biscuits on 50% power for one minute or until slightly soft.
Cut each biscuit into 2 layers and cut each piece into 4 pieces.
Spoon chicken mixture into 9 x 13 ungreased glass baking dish. Place biscuit pieces over hot chicken mixture.
Bake uncovered 26-28 minutes or until biscuits are light golden brown.
