  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups of your favorite fruit, chopped into bite-sized pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all of the ingredients except the fruit in a bowl.

Mix together. Pour it into an 8x8 pan coated with cooking spray.

Spread the fruit over the top. Flour mixture will rise to the top and cover fruit.

Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
