Ingredients
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin (100% packed pumpkin)
- 1/4 cup low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup non-fat (or low-fat) Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sugar free maple-flavored syrup
- 1-2 packets no calorie sweetener (I use 1 1/2 packets of Truvia)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- scant 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup crushed ice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place all of the ingredients, except the ice, in a blender. Blend to mix.
2. Add crushed ice and blend on high until the ice is completely incorporated and drink is thick and frothy (can add up to 1/4 cup more ice if needed).
