Ingredients

  • 1 32oz Container of *Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1.5 Tbsps. *Sugar
  • 9 Tbsp. Farina
  • 1 Tsp. Baking soda
  • 1/4 Cup Golden Raisins
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • Can be substituted with Fat Free Ricotta and Granulated Splenda, however the consistency will not be as fluffy.
  • Each Square is 144 Calories

Preparation

Step 1

1) Pre-heat oven to 370 degrees F

2) Blend all ingredients, except raisins and farina together in a large mixing bowl

3) Stir until mixture is smooth. Add Farina and raisins and let the batter sit for 15 minutes

4) Grease 7x11 pan with PAM and transfer batter into pan

6) Bake for 40-60 minutes until golden Brown

7) Cool for 30 min. before cutting or adding topinngs
