Grandma's Ricotta Raisin Pie

Ricotta-Raisin Pie is great because its light and fluffy. It can be eaten as breakfast or dessert, and topped with anything that you like. Topping examples include: cool whip, raspberry preserve, chocolate pudding, maple syrup, whipped cream, peanut butter and bananas...the choices are limitless.


1 32oz Container of *Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
4 Large Eggs
1.5 Tbsps. *Sugar
9 Tbsp. Farina
1 Tsp. Baking soda
¼ Cup Golden Raisins
1 Tsp. Salt
Can be substituted with Fat Free Ricotta and Granulated Splenda, however the consistency will not be as fluffy.
Each Square is 144 Calories
