Spinach Salad (Ina Garten)



2 bags of baby spinach
thinly sliced red onion
1 package of craisins
crumbled feta cheese
toast pine nuts or pecans (put nuts in 400 degree oven for 5 minutes and remove as soon as you can smell them)


Dressing: Boil together 1/2 cup white vinegar and 1 cup sugar and remove from heat to cool some. Add: 1 cup vegetable oil 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1 tsp salt paprika to taste The dressing makes enough for lots of salad so don't use it all on one. Toss and enjoy!!
