Romarin-Figue Confiture


180 mL eau
2-3 branche de romarin
3 jaunes d'oeufs
200 grams sucre
114 grams beurre
110 grams figues, hachee


Bouiller l'eau et romarin. Refroidir et enlevez le romarin. Melangez l'eau et jaunes d'oeufs. Ajoutez sucre, beurre, et figues. Faites chauffer a feu moyen. Remuer constamment jusqu'à l'ébullition. Refroidir.
