Preparation

Step 1

1. On a baking sheet, lay out the spare ribs in an even layer.

2. In a medium bowl, add the garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar bourbon seasoning. Rub ribs all over with seasoning. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.

3. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

4. Place a large skillet or sauté pan over high heat. Add the oil and some ribs. Sear the ribs on both sides and remove to a paper towel-lined plate. Continue searing remaining ribs.

5. In a medium bowl, add scallions, Sriracha Teriyaki Sauce, and Bourbon Molasses BBQ Sauce, and mix to combine.

6. Place ribs on a baking sheet and pour enough of the sauce over ribs to evenly coat. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10-15 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake for 5-7 more minutes, until ribs are burnt and sticky! Drizzle ribs with more sauce. Garnish with more scallions.
