Ingredients
- 1 large ARIZONA lemon cup in pieces, seeds removed but with peel intact
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 9 inch unbaked pie shell pressed into pan and fluted

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Put all ingredients, except pie shell, in blender and blend like crazy or until smooth. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 minutes. It will set up like a custard. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers. It is cold too.
