Butch's Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese room temp
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Unbaked pie shell
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbls sugar

Step 1
Preaheat oven to 375
Mix together creen cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt. Ginger, and cloves. Add eggs one at a time beating after each one. Mix in Pumpkin, milk, and vanilla.
Pour into pie crust and bake for 45 to 50 mins.
In a small bowl blend together sour cream and sugar. Spread over pie and return to oven for 2 to 5 mins.
Chill before serving.
