Ingredients
- 1-16 OZ bag1-16 OZ bag shredded coleslaw mix
- 1cup1 cup peas-carrots chopped
- chopped onion
- 1can1 can mandarin oranges drained
- you can add slivered almonds
- packagepackage ramen noodle
- dressing
- 3/4cup3/4 cup oil
- 1/3cup1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/2cup1/2 cup sugar
- OR Bottled Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing

Preparation
Step 1
Combine oil vinegar and sugar and whisk for dressing
OR Bottled Balsamic Vinaigrette for dressing
open ramen pack remove seasoning packets add to oil, vinegar and sugar dressing
Combine coleslaw mix, peas onions, mandarin oranges
pour dressing over coleslaw when ready to eat and
crumble ramen noodles over the top and serve
