Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup Penne Pasta
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tsp Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 pkg Ranch Mix
  • 5 oz Spinach
  • 1 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Substitute leftover cooked chicken or turkey.

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Cook your pasta according to package directions and set aside. Dice the chicken and season well. Sprinkle flour over chicken and toss to coat. Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the chicken thoroughly. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream cheese, ranch mix, milk and spinach. Add in the pasta and chicken and mix everything well. Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheese and cook for 15 minutes.
