Ingredients

  • 10 HAUS AVOCADOS
  • 5 LIMES JUICED
  • 1 LARGE RED ONION DICED
  • 1 - 2 BUNCHES CILANTRO ( I USE TWO BUNCHES LEAFY PARTS ONLY)
  • 1 to 2 TBSP MINCED GARLIC ( DEPENDING ON TASTE )
  • 1/2 - 1 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER, MORE TO TASTE
  • 2 - 14 OUNCE CANS DICED TOMATOES, DRAINED OF JUICE ( YOUR CHOICE )

Preparation

Step 1

1) CUT AVOCADOS IN HALF, REMOVE PITS, THEN SCOOP OUT MEAT AND PLACE INTO FOOD PROCESSOR.

2) CUT LIMES IN HALF AND SQUEEZE ALL THE JUICE INTO THE FOOD PROCESSOR WITH THE AVOCADOS.

3) RUN THE FOOD PROCESSOR FOR 20 TO 30 SECONDS TO CHOP UP AVOCADOS.

4) ADD IN ONION, CILANTRO, GARLIC, 1/2 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER, BLEND TILL SMOOTH.

5) ADD IN BOTH CANS OF DICED TOMATOES,,, PULSE A COUPLE OF TIMES... THEN PLACE INTO TUPPERWARE CONTAINER PLACE ON LID AND INTO FRIDGE FOR 2 HOURS,,, THEN SERVE.
