Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups 2% Milk
  • 6 Strips Turkey Bacon
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Baby Spinach, chopped
  • 1 pkg Wonton Wrappers
  • Kosher Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 °F.

Spray a skillet with nonstick spray and warm up over medium heat. Cook turkey bacon until crisp. Remove from heat, let cool, and chop coarsely.

Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray. Place 2-3 wonton wrappers in each cup, cut the corners to avoid sharp edges.

Divide up the turkey, baby spinach, and cheese into the cups of the muffin tin.

In a bowl mix together the egg, milk, and salt. Pour the egg mixture into the muffin tin.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the quiches are well risen and the wonton wrappers are golden brown.
