Butter Tarts PRINT
Ingredients
| 6 | eggs |
| 6 | cups brown sugar |
| 6 | tbsp vinegar |
| 3 | tsp vanilla |
| ¾ | cup butter |
| 4 | cups raisins |
| I sometimes add some coconut |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and spoon into tart shells.
400 degrees for 10 minutes then 350degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.
