- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 Oreo pie crust
- 8 ounces whipped topping
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 15 ounces cherry pie filling
- Instructions
- 1 .In a microwave safe dish, add dark chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream. Microwave on high for one minute. Whisk to combine.
- 2 .Pour half of chocolate ganache into Oreo pie crust and refrigerate for one hour or until mostly set.
- 3 .In a medium bowl, add whipped topping, cream cheese and powdered sugar and beat together with an electric mixer until combined. Spoon over chocolate ganache and spread evenly over pie crust.
- 4 .Spoon cherry pie filling over cream cheese mixture and refrigerate to set, at least one hour.
- 5 .Before serving, reheat remaining chocolate ganache and drizzle over each piece.
