Ingredients

  • Pork belly 2 bunches big choy or cabbage, 4 medium Saba
  • 1 chorizo de Bilbao or Chinese sausage, 4 wedged Med tomato, 12 beans,
  • 1 Med cubed potato, 4oz tomato sauce, 1 chopped Med onion
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves, 6-8 c beef or pork broth ( can use water with pork or beef cubes) 2 1/2T patis
  • Ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté onion garlic , add pork cubes cook then add chorizo de Bilbao, add fresh tomato , then add tomato sauce. Sauté for 2 mins, then add beef broth or pork broth,, cover and simmer till meat gets soft. ( 1 hr) add water if needed or broth for more taste. Add Saba and potato, boil till soft for 8 mins. Add beans cook for 3 mins, add bok Choy or cabbage. Cover cook for 2 mins. Season with patios and black pepper.
