Ingredients

  • Salted Caramel Bar Mix (Tastefully Simple)
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) + 1 1/2 Tbsp. softened butter, divided
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup candy corn
  • White chocolate chips (optional)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl combine Packet 1 and ¾ cup butter. Mix with a fork until small crumbles form. Press firmly and evenly into a greased 9-inch round springform pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 5-10 minutes.

Combine Packet 2 with 3 Tbsp. milk in a medium microwave-safe bowl; mix well. Add remaining 1½ Tbsp. butter and microwave on high for 40 seconds; stir. Microwave an additional 40 seconds; stir. Microwave for 30 seconds; stir. Pour and spread evenly onto crust.

Sprinkle desired amount of salt topping over caramel and refrigerate 1 hour. Top with chocolate chips and candy corn and refrigerate 1 additional hour. Run knife or spatula around inside edge of pan to loosen pizza from sides. Remove from pan. Cut into slices. Drizzle with melted while chocolate before serving, if desired.
