Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups bisquick
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 deg.
Mix all ingredients. (I use my kitchenaid mixer with dough hook)
Roll into 1" balls.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until brown.

Can freeze uncooked.
If baking frozen add a few minutes baking time.
