Ingredients

  • 12 large AA hard boiled eggs
  • 1 lb hot jimmy dean sausage ( 1 lb chub )
  • 1 lb maple jimmy dean sausage ( 1 lb chub )
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

boil the eggs just long enough there hard in the center, remove and let cool

while the eggs cool... mix both sausages together along with brown sugar mix well...

make 12 patties of equal size .. flatten.

remove the outer shell of all the eggs then wrap with the sausage.. cook till nicely brown and meat is cooked through.

oven temp @ 350... smoker at 225
