Instructions:
To make the vinaigrette combine the olive oil, vinegar, orange peel, and salt in bowl and whisk until smooth.
Line four salad plates with lettuce and arrange the avocado and other fruits on top, dividing equally. Drizzle each serving with a generous tablespoon of vinaigrette.
