• 2 bags bread cubes
• 1 green pepper - finely chopped
• 1 small onion - finely chopped
• salt & pepper
• 3 tblp poultry seasoning
• 2 or 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, put bread crumbs. Saute green pepper and onion until soft. Add to bread. Add rest of ingredients. Rolls into 1 inch balls. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Line sheet with balls and cook at 400 for 15 min, turning every few minutes
