Carla's Chai Latte made especially for me with love

Ingredients

• 1/2 t ground nutmeg
• equiv 8 black tea bags
• 1/2 t ground cloves
• 3 c organic soymilk
• 1/2 c agave
• 1 t ground cinnamon
• 1 t ground cardamom
• 3 c water
• 1/2 t ground ginger

Preparation

Step 1

bring the water and soymilk to a boil while grinding your spices i a mortar and pestle
add the other ingredients, return to a boil
turn off heat
let steep for 3-5 minutes
remove tea bags if needed and filter through a fine strainer
good hot or cold
can be stored in frig for later use
