| 2 | cups crabmeat |
| 1 1/2 | cup shredded jack cheese |
| 1/2 | cup sour cream |
| 3 | tsp. lemon juice |
| 1/2 | tsp. Worces. Sauce |
| Paprika |
Spread muffin halves lightly with butter; toast until crisp and brown. Combine crab with 1 cup of cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, and Worces. sauce. Spread on muffins and sprinkle remaining jack cheese on top of crab mixture, then sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Bake at 400 degrees until heated through and cheese is bubbly, about 10 minutes.
For appetizers, use about 32 slices of petite rye bread, or sliced baguette.
