- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 20 - 22 large jalapeno peppers
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Set aside to cool.
2. Combine the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl on low speed. Add the cooled sausage and mix until thoroughly combined.
3. USE GLOVES to cut and seed the jalapenos.
4. Fill each pepper with about 1 tablespoon of the mixture.
5. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes or until the filling is lightly browned.
Make-Ahead Tip
The process of seeding the peppers is time-consuming. I recommend preparing the stuffed jalapenos a day ahead and refrigerate them until you are ready to cook them.
