Chris Schlesinger’s recipe for great creamy southern coleslaw.
Very easy and tasty!
| 1½ | cups mayo (we use Hellman's lite) |
| ½ | cup white vinegar |
| ½ | cup sugar |
| 1 | TBSP celery seed |
| Salt and pepper to taste | |
| 1 | head green cabbage, finely sliced |
| 2 | carrots, shredded |
In small bowl, blend the mayo, vinegar, sugar, celery seed and salt and pepper to taste.
In large bowl, combine the cabbage and carrots. Pour the dressing over the mixture and blend well.
Keep in fridge til served.
