  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon goat cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Whisk eggs and thyme in a medium bowl.
