- FRESH GINGER
- DRY SHERRY
- SOY SAUCE
- RED ONION – CUT IN SLIVERS
- YELLOW PEPPER – JULIENNED
- ASPARAGUS – CUT IN DIAGONAL 1 INCH PIECES
- 3 CLOVES MINCED GARLIC
- MINCED FRESH GINGER
- LEMON JUICE AND ZEST
- CHICKEN STOCK.

Preparation
Step 1
MARINATE SHRIMP IN MIXTURE OF SOY, MINCED GINGER, DRY SHERRY
IN VERY HOT SKILLET, COOK SHRIMP ABOUT 1-2 MIN. POUR INTO A BOWL. SET ASIDE. ADD 1 TBL. OIL AND REHEAT SKILLET. ADD ONION. COOK UNTIL ALMOST SOFT, ADD ASPARAGUS . COOK 1-2 MIN. ADD YELLOW PEPPERS. COOK 1-2- MIN. MAKE A WELL IN CENTER OF PAN, ADD GARLIC AND MINCED GINGER AND A LITTLE OIL. TAKE OFF HEAT AND MIX ALL TOGETHER WITH ASPARAGUS MIXTURE. ADD SAUCE MADE OF LEMON JUICE, LEMON ZEST , SOY AND CHICKEN STOCK.
STIR FRY FOR 1-2 MIN.
