Ingredients
- 1-20 oz. pkg. Jenny-O ground turkey
- 1/3 C. celery, finely minced
- 1/3 C. carrots, finely minced
- 1/3 C. onions, finely minced
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1 small bottle Jalapeno Tabasco Sauce (green sauce)
- Bleu Cheese dressing for dipping

Preparation
Step 1
Mix finely minced celery, carrots and onion to ground turkey; then add egg white and minced garlic. Mix well.
Shape into balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Heat butter til melted and add Tabasco. Mix and pour over meatballs.
Serve hot with Bleu Cheese dressing.
