Hearty Hash Browns and Ham Bake

Ingredients
- 2 C. Frozen Hash Browns, divided
- 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder, divided
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Paprika, divided
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt, divided
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper, divided
- 3/4 c. 2% Milk
- 1/4 C. Nonfat Plain Yogurt
- 8 Eggs
- 1 C. Cooked Ham, diced, divided
- 5 Tbs. Butter, melted, divided
- 1/2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread one cup of hash browns along each bottom of two 9" pie or tart pans. In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 of the onion powder, the garlic powder, 1/2 of the paprika, 1/2 of the salt, and 1/2 of the pepper. Sprinkle hash browns with spice mixture and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and yogurt. Add the eggs and continue whisking until well-combined. Stir in the remaining onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of diced ham across each hash brown layer. Pour even amounts of the egg mixture over each ham and hash browns layer. Drizzle each egg bake with 2 1/2 tablespoons of butter.
Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top of each dish and continue baking for about 5 minutes until cheese has melted.
