Ingredients

  • Truffles:
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1-1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. + 2 T. sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • Cupcakes:
  • 1 box of Devil's Food Cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. canola oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Truffles:
Add all ingredients to pan over low heat until it all comes together. Put into a bowl into the refrigerator for one hour.

Cupcakes:
Mix together on slow for about 30 seconds then 2 minutes on medium speed. Fill your cupcake liners one-third full, then one scoop (about 1 tsp) of the truffle mix, then cover again with another third of cupcake mix.

Place into 350 oven for 17-22 minutes. Top with whipped cream. Enjoy!!
