- 1 Tbsp. Coconut Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Almond Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Chocolate Chips {I used the Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips -- they're gluten, soy + dairy free}
- 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Crack your egg into your mug and use a fork to beat it up
Add the rest of your ingredients into your mug and beat it up all together well.
Microwave for around a 1½ minutes. {Go for a minute first and the check it and give it another 30 seconds}
