Ingredients

  • Optional:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz) Cool Whip
  • Hershey Chocolate Syrup
  • 4 cup cold milk
  • 3 boxes (small) boxes of Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 (8 oz) Softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup your choice of liquor: I used Godiva White Chocolate
  • Marachino Cherries

Preparation

Step 1

1. In medium saucepan add water and butter. Bring to boil and remove from heat.
2. Add flour and stirring with spoon until it forms a ball.
3. Allow ball to cool.
4. Add 1 unbeaten egg at a till and stir thoroughly.
5. In a greased 9 x 13 pan spread ball mixture on bottom and up sides.
6. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack.
7. In large bowl, beat with mixer pudding mixes and milk (also add liquor is using) until thickened.
8. Add softened cream cheese and beat till smooth.
9. Spread over COOLED crust (do not worry if crust has bubbles).
10. Spread Cool Whip over pudding and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
11. Top with sliced and drained cherries if used.
12. Cover and refrigerate.
13. Keep unused portions in refrigerator.
