Ingredients

  • 3 c. chopped lettuce
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 c. pkg frozen peas
  • 1/4 lb bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ c. sliced green onions and tops
  • ¼ c. sliced celery
  • 1 c. shredded cheese of choice
  • ¾ c. mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp herbed seasoning
  • Milk to thin

Preparation

Step 1

Place half of the lettuce in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt, sugar and pepper. Top with layer of eggs, then peas, bacon, remaining lettuce, green onions, celery and cheese.

Mix mayonnaise, sugar, herb seasoning together. Thin with milk to desired consistence. Spread evenly over the top to cover. Place tight cover on bowl and refrigerate 24 hours.
