Hawaiian Haystacks - Crockpot

1 Serving = 940 Calories (includes Rice)


4 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts
1 C. Chicken Broth
2 (10¾ oz.) cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 (12 oz.) can Evaporated Milk
6 C. Cooked Rice
Toppings: cheese, peas, pineapple tidbits, raisins, celery, chinese noodles, olives, diced tomatoes, green peppers, onions etc.


Place chicken in greased 3-5 qt. slow cooker. Combine all remaining ingredients except rice and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or on low 6-8 hours. Shred chicken. Serve over hot rice with a variety of toppings.
