- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- Dash of vanilla extract
- Honey, to taste (optional)
- Chocolate chips (optional

Preparation
Step 1
Blend the banana pieces with the milk in a blender or food processor.
Pour the mixture into a mason jar.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Stir, cover, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Shake the jar.
Leave overnight.
