Basic Vinaigrette
Enough for about 12 cups of salad greens
Ingredients
| ¼ | cup extra virgin olive oil |
| 1-½ | tb. red wine vinegar |
| 2 | tsp. Dijon mustard |
| 1 | small shallot, mixed |
| ⅛ | tsp. salt |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a jar, seal, and shake vigorously until emulsified.
