Strawberry Bavarian Mousse Cake

Ingredients

Cake
60 ml (¼ cup) unbleached all-purpose flour
1 ml (¼ teaspoon) baking powder
60 ml (¼ cup) unsalted butter, softened
60 ml (¼ cup) sugar
1 egg
Bavarian Mousse
25 ml (5 teaspoons) gelatin
75 ml (⅓ cup) cold water
250 ml (1 cup) milk
4 egg yolks
250 ml (1 cup) sugar
1 liter (4 cups) fresh strawberries or1 liter (4 cups) frozen and thawed strawberries (1 package of 600g)
45 ml (3 tablespoons) lemon juice
375 ml (1½ cup) 35% cream
Coulis
1 L (4 cups) fresh strawberries or 1 L (4 cups) frozen strawberries, thawed
60 ml (¼ cup) sugar
