These are a crowd-pleaser at every summer party!
| 6 | english muffins |
| ½ | C margarine, softened |
| 5 | ounces Kraft Old English Cheese Spread (if you can’t find you can use any sharp cheddar spread) |
| 1 | tablespoon mayonnaise |
| dash of garlic powder | |
| 1 | teaspoon Old Bay seasoning |
| 7 | ounces canned crabmeat |
Preheat oven to Broil.
Split English muffings in half. In medium bow, mix together margarine, cheese, mayo, garlic powder and Old Bay. Carefully add crabmeat.
Spread crab mixture on English muffins. Place muffin halves on baking sheet. You can either freeze or bake immediately.
Cut in quarters and broil until bubbly & lightly brown on top.
