Ingredients
- 1 lb. white candy coating, coarsely chopped.
- 1 package Nutter Butter peanut butter cookies
- Miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt candy coating, stirring occasionally. Dip cookies into coating, covering completely. Place on waxed paper.
Brush ends with a pastry brush dipped in coating where fingers touched cookies. (I find using tongs works best and does not really leave any areas for touch up).
While coating is still warm, place two chips on each cookie for eyes. Let stand until set. Store in an airtight container.
TIP: I use a very small slow cooker for melting the chocolate. It keeps it at the right temperature until I am finished.
