Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 1/2 c brown sugar
- 3/4 c butter
- 1 c flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 2 t ground nutmeg
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 c buttermilk
- 2 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
*Heat oven to 350
*Mix 2c flour, brown sugar, cut in butter. Reserve 3/4 c for topping.
*Add remaining dry ingredients to mixture.
*Mix buttermilk and eggs. Add to dry mixture. Mix till moist.
*Put in muffin tins. Sprinkle with reserved topping. Bake 20 minutes.
