Cool Whip Cookies

These quick and easy sweet treats are easily customized with your favorite flavors. Try them in lemon and strawberry, and of course … chocolate! Try them, you'll be glad you did!

Ingredients

• 1 box cake mix, any flavor, 18 1/4 ounces
• 1 cup Cool Whip
• 1 whole large egg
• 1 cup powdered sugar

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

Mix all ingredients, except powdered sugar. Roll a spoonful of dough in powdered sugar.

Place them on a cookie sheet and bake for about 8 minutes.
