• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Step 1

Peel and chop avocados; place in a small bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add salsa and salt; mash coarsely with a fork. Place guacamole in a rectangular serving bowl. Refrigerate until serving.

Just before serving, add some sour cream to a reclosable plastic bag. cut off one corner and squeeze lines to look like a football field. Cut the cheery tomatoes in half and put on the field like players.
