Ingredients
- 16 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed (about 1 1/4 cups)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 2 TBS butter, melted
- 3 pkgs (8 oz each) Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 6 TBS brewed strong dark roast coffee, cooled
- 3 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
1) Heat oven to 325°F.
2) Mix cookie crumbs, nuts and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake 12 mins.
3) Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add coffee; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
4) Bake 50 to 55 mins or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.
