Carl Buddig Dip

This easy corned beef dip can be made ahead of time. Great for game day, or any day!

Ingredients

• 2 (8-ounce) packages softened cream cheese
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 (4-ounce) packages Buddig corned beef, chopped
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• Pinch of pepper

Step 1

Stir together the softened cream cheese and the mayonnaise.

Add the chopped corn beef, chopped onion and pepper.

Mix all together and serve with crackers.
