Tasty Taco Soup

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1/4 cup sliced green onions
• 1 package (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix
• 1 16 ounce can black beans
• 1 28 ounce diced tomatoes; undrained
• 1 cup frozen corn
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 cup Water
• 1/2 cup (2 ounces) finely shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In 3 quart saucepan, brown ground beef until thoroughly cooked; drain. Add
onions and taco seasoning mix; cook one minute.

Stir in tomatoes, corn, beans, broth and water. Heat to boiling. Reduce
heat; simmer ten minutes.

To serve, ladle soup into serving bowls; top with cheese.
