Coconut Ice

An interesting and pretty coconut fudge-like candy.

Ingredients

3⅓	cups powdered sugar
4¼	cups unsweetened shredded coconut
1	can of sweetened condensed milk
	Pink or red food coloring

Directions

Mix all ingredients except food coloring together in a large bowl. Divide mixture in half. Color one half with 2 drops of food coloring. Press into a loaf pan that has been lightly coated with powdered sugar (8 × 4 × 2). Top with the other half of mixture. Chill until firm then slice into cubes.
