Ingredients
- Brownie*
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 (1oz) squares unsweetened baking chocolate
- (OR 3 T dark cocoa powder and 1 T butter in place of each cho. square)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs
- Frosting*
- 1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 (1-ounce) square unsweetened baking chocolate
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Combine 1/2 cup butter and 2 squares chocolate in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until melted (3 to 5 minutes). Stir in all remaining brownie ingredients until well mixed.
Spread into greased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake for 23 to 27 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.
Combine 1/4 cup butter, milk and 1 square chocolate in same saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil (2 to 3 minutes). Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar; beat until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Spread over warm brownies. Cool completely; cut into squares.
